 Booking Procedure



Booking tickets with Tuscany All is very simple. Just few steps:

- Fill in the form specifying the museum, the date, and the number of tickets for each museum and category ticket you want to book.

  • click on CONFIRM
  • read carefully the short summery and check if information are correct
  • insert your personal data and a credit card details (secure server)
  • click on SUBMIT

A copy of your booking request will be sent to you by e-mail automatically. As your tickets are booked the original voucher will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you wrote on the booking form, so be sure you insert your e-mail address correctly. The original voucher is the only valid document accepted by the museum at the museum entry.


PLEASE NOTE:
Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.
Reservations must be made with a minimum of 1 day notice.

Tuscany All is not responsible for eventual changes or cancellations to the programs offered. A service charge from € 4.00 to € 9.50 is added to the price of each ticket purchased online from Tuscany All. (Temporary exhibition fees, when required, are added) The prices published on-line all ready includes all fees except for eventual temporary exhibition fees.

Service will be charged for every further modification at your reservation. Service fees (from € 4.00 to € 9.50) and reservation fees (€ 1.50) are always due.

Please note you'll be asked to exhibit an identity document at the museum entrance, especially if you book reduced price tickets or free tickets. In case at the museum entrance, you cannot demonstrate you have the right to benefit of discounted tickets, the cashier will change your tickets and your card will be charged for the due difference in the next days.

FOR BRERA GALLERY:
From booking to 3 days prior to the day of the visit, cancellation penalty is 4.50 euro per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 48 hours prior to the day of the visit, the ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE.

FOR LEONARDO'S LAST SUPPER:
From booking to 15 days prior to the day of the visit, cancellation penalty is 5.00 euro per ticket. For cancellations that are made from 14 days to 3 days prior to the day of the visit, cancellation penalty is 11.50 euro per ticket. For cancellations that are made from 48 hours prior to the day of the visit, the ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE.

FOR GROUP GUIDED TOURS:

If the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll at least 9 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge is equal of 10% of the gross total.
If the cancellation is made from 8 days to 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge is equal 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge is equal 100% of the price paid.

FOR PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS:

From booking to 4 days prior to the date of the tour, cancellation penalty is 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior to the date of the tour, cancellation penalty is 100% of the gross total (price paid is NON-REFUNDABLE).

CANCELLATION POLICY – Special discounted combination (Last Supper + Pinacoteca Ambrosiana):

Pinacoteca Ambrosiana tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
Regarding Last Supper ticket cancellations, cancellation policy applied is that for Last Supper tickets written above.
