Exhibition: VAN GOGH, l’Uomo e la Terra. October 18th 2014 – March 8th 2015

Van Gogh Exhibition Tickets - Palazzo Reale - Milan Museum

VAN GOGH, l’Uomo e la Terra. From October 18th 2014 to March 8th 2015 the Palazzo Reale in Milan will host an exhibition dedicated to Van Gogh, consisting of about 50 paintings.
Thanks to the concessions of the Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo, the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the Museo Soumaya in Mexico City, the Central Museum in Utrecht and especially thanks to the private collectors (normally inaccessible) we will have the opportunity to see the results of a real study, developed by Van Gogh, on the complexity of the relationship between the human being and the surrounding nature.
In fact, in an era where the attention of the majority of the European artists was concentrated on the industrialization, Van Gogh turns his glance to the noble rural landscape and to the heroic figures of the peasant world.
