From booking to 8 days before the day of the visit, cancellation penalty is 5.00 euro per ticket. For cancellations that are made from 7 days to 3 days before the day of the visit, cancellation penalty is 10.00 euro per ticket. For cancellations that are made from 48 hours prior the day of the visit, the ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE.
